1. Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10,000USD, TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping. or L/C or Western Union for small amount .
2. Lead time: normally in 5~10 days after deposit received
3. Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received .
4. Shipping port: Shenzhen , China
5. Discounts : We offer discount for big quantity.
6. We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive, or by sea which takes about one month to arrive, depending on your actual requirements.

Q1: What is the Warranty for the LED strip?

A1:  For the led strips, we have 3 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2:  What is colour temperature?

A2: Perfect-LED's LED Lighting offer LED strips in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in  Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer  the light given by the LED:

• Warm white = 2700K-3200K
• Natural white = 4000K-4500K
• Pure white = 6000K-6500K
• Cold white = 10000K-15000K
  

Q3:: What is CRI?

A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED strips ,the CRI is mostly 80Ra &95Ra &97Ra with higher cost.But there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients,please note.

A7: Their DC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.

Q5: Do your LED strips emit UV light?

A8: Yes,we can do the weavlength as your request,such as 365nm UV chip,and you should never point an LED light into your eyes. The light is very bright and could cause damage.

Q6:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A9: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
